Inclusive & Individualized Mental Health Counseling

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life. My focus is on the individual that is in session with me and not a diagnosis. I have experience and training in many different areas. The main focuses of my practice over the last 10 years have been addressing needs of those within 2SLGBTQIA+ community, as well as assisting clients as they experience chronic illnesses, depression, anxiety, and neurodivergence.

I have been successfully providing counseling services to clients in various settings throughout the Oklahoma City metropolitan area and facilitating their self-growth since 2014.

I received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Services Counseling from East Central University in 2011 and a Master of Science (MS) in Community Counseling from Oklahoma State University in 2014. I am Licensed in Oklahoma and Texas as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). In March 2024 I received recognition as a National Certified Counselor (NCC).

There is an option to self-pay for services as well with $150 for a 60 minute session and $120 for a 45 minute session.
